by far the best I've tasted...
went to The Hilton Steak House for dinner a couple of days back, and I ordered the Steak Diane...
the dish was cooked at the table, with the chef playing these fire stunts to that piece of tenderloin... it was a trill to watch how the steak was being prepared...
presentation looked good eh?? the sauce was a mixture of mushroom, butter, wine and *I forgot*...
the taste was incredible... by far the best I've had there compared to the sirloin, rib-eye and t-bone steaks...
I asked for the meat to be medium done, and the texture of it was way tender and juicier compared with the rest I've mentioned before...
and I only paid RM29.50++ for it... :))

Too bad I can't taken beef. But the meat seriously looks good. Talking about western cuisine, I prefer chilis. But your is nice too. ^^
The Steak House I mention is the one in Hilton Kuching wor.....
I've tried steaks at Chilis when I was in KL, but I think it's abit overrated... sommore the price ain't as cheap as the discount I can get at Hilton... :p

even if you go somewhere like the crappy richmond's place or some western cuisine places you'll probably rake up a bill of more than 30 buck per head for shitty food...
