I wanted to show how the Fiber Plus that I'm consuming looks like yesterday, was having problems loading pictures up onto blogspot...
mix the Fiber Plus powder with room temperature water, and drink it before going to bed. it'll do the trick, and it actually taste pretty good. :)
you should post pics on the results of consuming fibre.
